The house is on the sea side of the road and 50 metres away from Cukuralti Beach. It was renovated in 2026 and has 3 rooms and a living room, a detached garden and a separate entrance. There is a duplex apartment on the upper floor of the house, and my neighbour usually comes during the period when the schools are closed. Therefore, the house can be considered as a semi-detached property. My neighbour and I have completely separate doors, and I have full use of the garden. The house is 110 m2, and the garden is about 40 m2. There are a total of 3 air conditioners, 2 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom. There is Wi-Fi.
