It is 400 square metres with a 30 square metre pool. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large garden. Furnished with new and highly stylish items. It offers all the comforts of a luxury villa. Ayayorgi Beach Club is a 5-minute drive away. 2 minutes to Çeşme town centre It is 15 minutes from the centre of Alaçatı. There are sports equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
