Turgutreis is the second largest residential center and one of the favorite holiday destinations of the Bodrum peninsula. Turgutreis beach, about 2 kilometers long, is among the best of Bodrum beaches. In the evenings, you can get your dinner by watching the most beautiful sunset in Bodrum. Transportation from Turgutreis to other resorts of Bodrum is easy and close. You can easily visit the entire basement.

Just a 3-min drive or 15-min walk to the sea, our place offers a calm holiday near Blue Flag beaches and cafes. The house is in a quiet, secure complex with a garden opening to a semi-Olympic pool. The pool is shared but rarely busy. Cleanliness is our top priority — spotless with the same care you’d expect at your mother’s home. The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
