The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Lakefront Cottage on All-Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Situated on 2 large lots that include a sandy beach and expansive access with panoramic views of Lake Wabasis. Plus a backyard vernal pond that's completely surrounded by woodlands and provides extreme privacy.
