Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cycling distance to Roskilde and Train to Copenhagen The apartment is located about 3.5 km from Roskilde, and you can cycle there in about 20 minutes via safe bike paths. From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården. The house has one room and is located on its own on our small country estate, and we have 12 hens and a rooster that graze freely on the plot in front of the house. The farm is originally from 1914 and is surrounded by fields and overlooking the Strø Mountains. On the property you will also find our café and farm shop, which sells coffee, cake, sandwiches, brunch, etc. Opening hours Friday-Sunday 10 am - 5 pm
