Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Cosy summer cabin - for the relaxing vacation!

Our house is a cosy, classic wooden Danish summerhouse built in 1960 and thoroughly renovated in 2019. New windows have opened up the house and give a great outlook to the garden, the birds and all the wildlife passing through. The last few years we have let the garden grow more wild and this has attracted even more bird- and wildlife. We love our oasis and hope that you will do the same!
