We took a garden as inspiration when we designed Greenhouse, a studio apartment in the heart of Gustavia, walking distance from the best restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife. It is part of the Lacour family estate, which comprises several uniquely designed suites and apartments around a tropical garden, as well as Sibarth’s headquarters—meaning our concierge team is right there to assist with practical matters or unforgettable surprises all over St. Barth.

This Deluxe home totally renovated and perfectly located in the middle of St Jean in the residence “La Villa Créole” offers easy access to all sites and amenities. 2min walk to Nikki Beach, La Guerite, Gypsea or Eden Rock Hotel. Surrounded by shops and bars and restaurants, the residence is lively and can be noisy on some nights. This apartment is for people who love animation. For parking, the residence has one but there is no private parking.

The Alizé apartment is located in the heart of Gustavia, in the prestigious BEAULIEU residence, where you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor. Elegantly furnished, you'll feel right at home. The town center, restaurants, bars and stores are all within walking distance, as is the famous Shell Beach. During your stay, a housekeeping service will be provided every 2 days.
