Clean & tidy condo - as advertised. Wi-fi / A/C worked great. Secure safe building. Great location, steps from beautiful beach. Pools were awesome. Host communication was great all the way through.

Nice smaller apartment, well equipped with a softer but very comfortable bed. Possibility to park your car right in front of the entrance, free laundry in the building. Very nice host, her apartment is definitely worth staying in!

We stayed 10 days and loved the location. D’s Beach Bar next door was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. We enjoyed the apartment and especially the two balconies - one to watch plane action in the late afternoon with a glass of wine, and the front space had an expansive ocean view. We had a minor problem with the A/C and the host promptly took care of the issue. Great stay!

Fantastic 5* location. Unit is clean. Newer construction. Felt secure. For being directly above a restaurant, the sound-proofing is excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Jacquiling’s apartment! The location is outstanding—close to great restaurants, the airport, and a supermarket, making everything super convenient. The view is absolutely breathtaking, right on the water, with a perfect vantage point to watch airplanes land at Maho Beach from the comfort of the balcony. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent—they were always responsive and even provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations. They also connected us with Simon, a local driver who made getting around a breeze. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to friends and family and can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit to Sint Maarten!

We enjoyed the condo immensely. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Beautiful ocean view on a spacious balcony. Hearing the crashing surf all night long was a highlight. The place is away from the busy, touristy sections and that was excellent. Easy enough to explore during the day. Comfortable and quaint decor, all the amenities. We would return in a heartbeat.

Get high and enjoy a superb view of Marigot from a protected logia. Very well decorated and equipped. Great for 2. Spacious and calm.

Very cute place right by the beach, tatjana was very helpful and made sure everything was accommodated.

Francois was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The location is very peaceful with an amazing view, just like the photos. The amenities are great. Really liked the space and pool. The kayaks were useful to explore the bay and get to Pinel Island. Note: The main Internet was out in the entire area during our stay…not ideal, but an area issue. Francois was proactive and provided backup with essentially a cell hotspot for wireless. It was not perfect, but better than not having. Thank you Francois for a great stay!

Amazing villa close to everything on the Island! We loved the short drive to Mullet Beach and back! Villa outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Enough space for everyone, and a lovely host + daily cleaning! Would highly recommend this villa!

My wife and I spent a lovely nine days at Olivier’s hillside villa. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and quaint surroundings. Olivier was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning again soon.

The past reviews are accurate. We could repeat it all! Evenings on the terrace watching sunsets over the hills were delightful! We opened the glass patio doors making the terrace an expansion of the indoor space. We connected our music to their sound system. There is a/c, but we only used it in the bedroom due to cool breezes & ceiling fans inside & outside. A sun cover above half of the private, salt-water pool kept the water temp from getting too high & it helped protect us from prolonged sun exposure. Cyrille & Valerie are wonderful & treated us like family! They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, beer, water & cheese in the refrigerator & also fresh bakery bread! Cyrille is in the renovation business & Valerie has a great eye for style & comfort. We appreciated the updated & extremely clean home. Two parking spaces are right next to the home; a car is highly recommended to explore the island. We will definitely be returning & very much look forward to it!!

My daughter and I stayed at Jill’s place for 7 nights, we would have stayed longer if we could!! Yes, the bed is extremely comfy! ( as others describe ) hard to get my teen out of it! The shower was wonderful after a sandy salty beach day! The covered porch area off the kitchen gave me some shade while I sipped a coffee and watched birds and lizards in the morning; the patio to the back yard had loungers with 2 umbrellas to pop up for extra shade :) Jill’s instructions to get into the house well before we arrived were such a welcoming touch. I felt like Jill was excited for our trip, and that made us feel right at home. Jill’s house has screened windows and sliding glass doors around, with light white coverings so I was able to keep a nice breeze or keep the hot sun out when needed. I enjoyed driving from this location as it helped me get to know the island much better, and we got to see so much! Getting to any location we were wanting was fun and easy - you will love it!

Fantastic stay at AquaMarina! The location is fantastic, as its very close to restaurants and nightlife. The pool is beautiful. It's also walkable to padel and pickleball courts. The unit itself was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our Host Jamila was very responsive and made checking in and out very easy. 10/10 experience.

We had a great stay in Anne Karine's apartment! Ideally located just on the edge of Marigot, perfectly quiet and a nice view over the lagune. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, has AC in both the living room and the bedroom and it has everything you need. The kitchen is perfect to make dinner, there are extra pooltowels, you can borrow a beach parasol and little chairs and dining outside is very cosy. We absolutely loved our stay and the communication with Anne Karine was excellent. Very higly recommended!

Harry was a phenomenal host. Very responsive and gave us a detailed overview of his location prior to our stay. Loved the location. Would definitely recommend the location.

Davy responded quickly to any questions we had and even stopped by to help us figure out the air conditioning and adapters for our iPads/phones. Awesome location with wonderful restaurants close. As noted previously the steps going up to bedroom were a little steep but we are mid 70’s and managed them just fine. The grocery store and bakery were within steps of the Airbnb. Felt very safe and loved having coffee on the deck. Perfect place for a lovely vacation.

Generally we would say that Marie-Chantal's apartment is worth it just for the view. But besides that, there are a lot of other things to love about this place. It is in a great gated community that is very family friendly and has a great restaurant. The apartment itself was very clean, just as pictured, and felt like home right away. We will definitely come back again.

We had a truly wonderful time here! The location was very convenient, we had many great restaurants and a market less than 5 minutes drive away. I would say it is walkable if you don’t have a car. The condo itself was so beautiful and had all the amenities listed. The kitchen had every tool you could need to cook a full meal. The beach access was definitely the highlight! Steps outside of our door was one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole island! Highly recommend this listing if you’re looking for a great place to relax and a great jumping off point to explore the island!

This Airbnb and a very good value. It was clean and the downstairs air conditioner was cold when we needed it. The views are spectacular! Karine was quick to help us out when we needed bowls and beach towels. She helped us with the WiFi and upstairs fan too. Ask her for directions to the path to Orient Beach. The pool is on the ground floor-it’s not obvious from the photos-and sometimes it was busy with up to 8 people, but usually not too busy. I recommend bringing your own pillow and make iced coffee at night for the next morning because the keurig is noisy in the a.m.. The washing machine was such an asset. Always had hot water for showers and never for washing dishes. Am going to miss this place! Thank you so much Karine!
