The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. In our spacious but cozy bungalow you can spend an unforgettable time with the whole family - not far from Devin Beach (about 200 m) or the nearby recreational area of the Devin Peninsula (800 m). In the large sauna overlooking the garden or directly by the fire bowl, the evenings can be spent very comfortably. The location is perfect for excursions to Stralsund or the island of Rügen.

Güterloft Altefähr

Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022. As far as the preservation of monuments allows, sustainability and accessibility were taken into account during the renovation, so the building is equipped with a heat pump and can be accessed with low barriers via its renewed ramp.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
