Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet eine geräumige Unterkunft. Ein PKW- Stellplatz steht für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Auf der möbl. Außenterrasse kann man den Morgen oder den Abend genießen. Die historische Altstadt mit ihren wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur ca. 1,5 km von der Unterkunft entfernt.

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Relaxation is guaranteed in this cosy wooden house in Scandinavian style. It was completed in 2025 and during construction, attention was paid to a healthy, ecological climate. The location is very quiet and close to nature. In a few minutes you can walk out of the small village of Gustow into the fields and forests. The nearest small sandy beach is 1.5 km away on foot or a comfortable 2 minutes by car. A small health food store is within 400 m walking distance.

Holiday home Stralsund/Devin

Completed in September 2025, this holiday home is in a quiet location in Stralsund/Devin, not far from the Strelasund. A small swimming beach as well as the spa park with spa house(restaurant) are within walking distance. A bus stop in the immediate vicinity allows convenient excursions to the old town of Stralsund. Southeast of Devin is the nature reserve "Peninsula Devin" and the Devin recreational area was newly created with about 17 km of hiking trails.

Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day on the terrace, take a nap in the midday sun, read a book in the afternoon or relax after an excursion in the outdoor hot tub and infrared heat cabin.

Güterloft Altefähr

Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022. As far as the preservation of monuments allows, sustainability and accessibility were taken into account during the renovation, so the building is equipped with a heat pump and can be accessed with low barriers via its renewed ramp.
