Whether for a break to recharge your batteries, enjoy cuddly togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland region or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.

Welcome to the green heart of Austria! Our home is in a lovely village beneath a mountain, 15 miles from Graz, Austria's beautiful second city. There are hourly buses from a bus stop just 2 minutes away. We're only 10 minutes' walk from a family-friendly wellness centre with a lake and other leisure activities. There are many walking trails that start from here. The house (500 years old, forming a bridge over the road) is a halfway point on the pilgrim path between Mariatrost & Weiz Basilica.

Herzlich Willkommen! Wir befinden uns auf circa 800 m höhe und nur 10 min Autofahrt entfernt vom Berg Schöckl. Einen Ausflug auf dem Berg sollte man nicht verpassen. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

Assembly workers and families attention please!

An attractive apartment on the top floor of a single-family home surrounded by meadows, fields and forests is available as accommodation for assembly workers at a special price. Families on vacation and artists passing through are also welcome. The area is quiet and offers many paths for walking. With the river Raab just a few meters away, it is an ideal relaxation oasis for mind and body. Nature inspires activities such as writing or working on the computer.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Welcome to your modern and cozy suite. The accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: free parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (14 minutes to the city center). The highway exit is also very close by. The area is very quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

On the spacious terrace surrounded by nature, you can forget everyday life and enjoy the view. The beauty of the surrounding nature and the sound of the forest ensure real relaxation. Our cozy and rustic self-catering log cabin is located at an altitude of 920 meters above sea level with a unique view of the Schöckl. It invites you to relax and unwind in an absolutely quiet location. Our log cabin is also an excellent starting point for hikes around the Schöckl and other leisure activities. Relax in nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. Graz can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
