This is a brand-new premium hotel with full options, where you can enjoy the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset in the evening. There is a 25-hour convenience store on the ground floor, and Sacheon Hanaro Mart, which opened in 2025, is a minute's walk from the accommodation, making shopping convenient. Jumunjin Seafood Market is 15 minutes away. You can also buy the items you need at Jumunjin Won Mart. • 5 minutes from Bukgangneung IC, with many famous cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions within a 5-minute radius of the accommodation • Free to use the parking lot B1F. 2.3.4F above ground (electric vehicle charging available) When full, use the public parking lot on both sides of the building • Bedding is prepared according to the number of people booked for 2 people in each room, and please let us know in advance when adding bedding. • The kitchen in the accommodation is in a condition that allows only simple cooking, and fish, meat, etc. with splashing oil or strong odours are prohibited.

This is my personal villa hotel room with a Gorgeous Ocean View. This is a room that only offers accommodation without breakfast and swimming pool. Free use of the gym on the 2nd floor of the Ocean Building. [Breakfast is discounted when purchased at check-in, and please refer to the website for swimming pool information.] This is a room with a good view of the sea, located on the 8th floor where you can relax. It is close to the elevator, so it is easy to move. The ice maker, which is almost nonexistent in the entire building, is located right in front of my room. The hotel has a variety of amenities, the sea and beach are within a minute's walk, and the pine forest is the best for a walk. Room making (cleaning) is not provided in the middle of stays of 2 nights or more. Therefore, if you need intermediate cleaning for more than 2 nights, please apply to the hotel front desk for a separate fee.[We only charge the cleaning fee for check-out. From the balcony, you can see the sea that you can almost reach and the pine trees that tickle your toes. There is 1 spacious king size bed and 1 queen size bed, so 4-5 adults can sleep comfortably. If you are tired of your daily life and tired of traveling, lie down comfortably in a bathtub overlooking the sea and relax with a refreshing sea breeze and pine scent. The bathroom is also directly connected to the private balcony, so you can go to the balcony at any time and leave your body cool in the wind that runs over the sea. The windows are wide open on both sides, with the blue sea sparkling during the day and the night view of Gyeongpo at night. From the balcony facing northeast, you can see the Taebaek Mountains in the distance, so be sure to capture the evening sunset that passes red through the Taebaek Mountains.
