The enclosed courtyard has a children's playground, a kitchenette, a covered barbecue, sun loungers, and parking for 2 cars. The house is electrically heated per room and a central high-performance climate. Smart TVs in the rooms, the kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
