Stunning, family friendly, sun-soaked beach cottage in the heart of Annisquam with ocean views, wood floors, a wood burning stove and a huge deck perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. Large, beautiful garden and short walk to two private beaches.

The space
The first floor has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with air conditioning, a wood burning stove and direct access to the deck and windows out to the view. There is also a full bathroom and a double bedroom on the first floor.

The second floor principal bedroom has great views over the bay, a queen size bed and a pack and play for a crib as required. . On the same floor there is also a full bathroom and third bedroom with three twin beds (and of course the same view)

The basement is fully finished with a large den with flat screen TV, two sofas, table football and a desk if you need to get some work done. There is also a full bath with a giant soaker tub and a separate laundry with washer/dryer.

The whole house will open for guests apart from two locked closets.
