The space
The apartment is a modern, spacious 3 bedroom property designed for comfort, flexibility and easy living.

The open-plan living and dining area opens onto a large private terrace with seating and outdoor dining, ideal for relaxing or spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen is set up for longer stays, with appliances including an air fryer, ice maker, NutriBullet and more, plus board games and books in the living area.

There are three bedrooms, all with flexible king or twin setups, quality bedding and blackout shutters for a restful sleep. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with a second bathroom available for guests.

Additional features include a dedicated workspace, fast fibre internet, air conditioning throughout and an electronic door lock for easy access. Lift access is available from secure underground parking, with full use of the pool and gym.

A travel cot and high chair are available on request, making the apartment well suited for families.
