Located in the heart of Mumbles, Swansea this stunning 2-Bed apartment has a modern feel. It is on the first floor with 2 large windows on the front aspect offering views through Southend Gardens to the Stunning Swansea Bay.
There is a lift available to the first floor.

The property has parking if required (125 yards from the property) parking costs extra and is limited, please book early to guarantee your space)

Parking is available for an extra cost. Parking spaces are limited so it is a first come first served basis.

NOTE: parking is up a hill 125 yards from the property.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, the building does have an onsite lift for use of guests

(NOTE: there is a small step up into the shower in the bathroom)
