The living room has a DOUBLE sofa-bed and 2 single sofabeds.
Bedroom three has 2 single beds which can also connect to provide a SUPERKING bed if required.

All areas of the apartment, one designated underground parking space, gardens and swimming pool.
This excludes the cleaning and laundry cupboards in the hallway, one cupboard in the main bedroom, plus one cupboard in each of the other bedrooms.
The main guest should be at least 30 years old.
No same gender bookings.

Other things to note
There is only one swimming pool, not many.
The double bed described in the living room is a double SOFABED.
The two single beds in the third bedroom will convert to a 'Superking' size bed should you wish (see photos).
We can arrange for transfers to or from airports or train stations by shuttle bus or taxi.
There are no local trains or train stations - the closest is 44 kms (34 miles) away.
Please let us know if you would like us to arrange this for you.
This is a strictly no smoking apartment, guests who abuse this will be expected to pay a penalty of 250.00 euros.
NOTE. The floors are marble & sounds from hard soled shoes or high heels can be noisy for the neighbours below.
Loud noise after midnight is not allowed, particularly on the terrace.
Please remove rubbish on checking out.
