Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cosy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with double bed and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, directly on the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 fully renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not permitted.

Detached Guesthouse "Pleegste"

Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cozy porch with wood stove. You will look out over the meadows. With a private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room of 30 m² (heated by central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combi-microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. ) and a double box spring . The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. A BBQ is available for rent on site.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.

Wooden cottage, located in a wooded area

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.

On our property, on the Sallandse Heuvelrug, there is a house with a guest house diagonally behind it. The guest house (50 m2) has all the comforts. From the guest house, you overlook the beautifully landscaped garden (1 hectare in size) and the countryside. You come here for peace and for the beautiful nature. For children, the garden is a real play paradise. Haarle is located on the Sallandse Heuvelrug. You can hike and bike beautifully here.

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate upright annex at a no longer working farm. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he will stay inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. ( Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private Wi-Fi , private entrance and private terrace. There are four chickens and no rooster in the chickens.
