Holiday rentals with breakfast in Habersham County

We absolutely loved our stay in Tiffany’s home. It was beautiful and super clean, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and swing seating around the fire pit! It’s about 3 minutes from the grocery store but still feels peaceful, especially with the floor to ceiling windows looking out over the backyard and into the green mountains. The kids loved the games in their bedroom (and the hot tub of course). Tiffany has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and fun.

The house was plenty spacious for 7 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs. The large sofas were extremely comfortable and fit all of us comfortably and the beds were comfortable too. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the local area and would love to come back.

This property is beautiful! Amazing lake views and private dock! The home was very clean and family friendly. The kids loved having a toy box there! Check in and out was super easy! Ryan was also quick to respond and check in on us. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Great place tucked away in the mountains. We did not travel with horses, but had both kids with us. This place has anything you’d need. Charming touches like cookie snacks for humans and cookie treats for the sheep was a hit with the kids! Keep in mind the cell reception is hit and miss, but disconnecting is totally worth it in such a beautiful place. Really enjoyed our family get away!

This place is definitely magic under the moon. The numerous available outdoor spaces (deck, fire pit, gazebo, seating) were very welcoming day and night. The 360 degree incredibly safe and private natural surrounding both inside and out was easy to settle into, wake up in, and feel right at home at. We were amazed to discover art supplies, an iron, our choice of two perfect rooms and double bathroom sinks, teas and coffees a plenty, just things way beyond our needs, but at the ready if wanted. We loved the eclectic decor which reflected Delphine's multifaceted kind giving personality. We bonded instantly with our host and she went truly above and beyond for us-providing and guiding!!! The outdoor cats are very sweet and the views are beautiful. Ask and you receve - Delphine is pure interesting delight!

My husband stays at Carmen's place when he comes for business and now I got to see firsthand why he loves to come back. Her home was beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable and homey. She thought of everything for her guests, from breakfast casseroles, baked goodies, to fresh eggs! I have been to many Airbnb's, but she was by far the most considerate and responsive host ever. I also loved the location is this small, University town. The campus was lovely to take daily walks, and we ate at the two amazing restaurants within a stones throw of the home - Sweet Breads and Holden Oversoul. I hope to return to Tomlin House and highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing we had one of the most memorable air bnb stays here. The attention to detail was very impressive and definitely made us feel extremely welcomed the environment too was something soft and warm, this combined with the home atmosphere turned our weekend into weekend we will never forget!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious. The highlight for me was definitely the lovely pool and the relaxing backyard area. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy my vacation.
