Clean and very well equipped flat. Lots of lovely touches such as fresh milk and bread in the kitchen. Short walk in to town made it a convenient location.

James & Vron set the gold standard for Airbnb hosts, going above and beyond to give guests a wonderful experience. Ever arrive at an Airbnb and find yourself without coffee for the next day? Not here! James & Vron had coffee, eggs, bread, cereal - even Prosecco! - there for us to enjoy. The home and property are so charming, well-maintained, and comfortable. We loved the 'smart home' touches like Alexa, iPhone chargers, and auto air fresheners. The thoughtful binder of things to do - from walks to breakfast eateries - was incredibly useful, and we hope to return in not too long to check more off the list. The onsite car charger is also a huge plus. Thank you again, James & Vron!

Fox Cottage has all the quaint charm of staying in a rustic cottage while also having a modern bathroom and kitchen (and wifi!). The farm feels remote but is also only a few minutes drive from a big town for restaurants and supermarkets etc. I was able to walk to the local pubs while also being a quick drive to other activities in the area. I was lucky enough to come during lambing season so got to play with the baby lambs, as well as visit all the other animals Ann has on the farm. Ann is a wonderful host, the kitchen was well stocked in advance of me arriving so honestly I could have just lived off of what she provided! Since I was traveling alone, she was also so generous as to invite me to join her for some activities. I hope to come back soon!

We had such a lovely stay in Sarah’s beautiful clean home. Although you’re on someone’s property it’s so secluded and tucked away. Sarah was so kind letting us have an early check in - late check out and also left us a gluten free cake which was ever so thoughtful to think she’d gone out the way just for me. It’s a great location as nothing is too far. We drove to mamhead where we got married in 20 minutes. Brixham in 30 mins and the beautiful shaldon was less than 20 mins away which I really recommend getting the ferry over to teighnmouth. We had 2 lovely dinners out one in shaldon beach “the London inn” which did a superb roast and the other was a ten min drive from the house, the innery which Sarah recommended in her book, again a great find. We had our car but the train station was close and we always see several buses running. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely clean and peaceful home Sarah. Would love to return one day.
