At the same time, you can access the bustling city of Morioka in just 60 minutes by car, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing in the three prefectures of Iwate, Aomori, and Akita in the Northeast. We recommend using a private vehicle to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The APPI Snow Mountain Resort area has shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, and there is also a supermarket about 20 minutes away by car. There are also great hot spring areas such as Matsukawa Onsen, and Hachimantai Ski Resort and Shimokura Ski Resort are also nearby. It is a cool highland area at an altitude of 900 m, so you can enjoy the natural air conditioning in the summer and a comfortable stay in the warm rooms in the winter. Halcoya Hanare is a separate building from Halcoya, and is an owner-less, entire home rental. 平屋で広々として明るく静か。8畳の和室とセミダブルのベッド2台の寝室がある。和室も布団を敷くと寝室にもできます。 A spacious guest house adjacent to the host's house with a lot of light. There are a Tatami room that can be used for a living room and/or bed room and another bed room with 2 full size beds. A private bath room and private entrance for the guests. There is a cute kitchenette equipped with a sink, electric water boiler, refrigerator and microwave. The living room is equipped with an A/C and space heater.

　宿泊施設は山あいにある築36年の昔ながらのたたずまいを残している古い和風の一軒家です。和室8畳１間と10畳2間の広々としたスペースがあることから家族旅行あるいは親しい友人同士のグループ旅行に適した間取りです。もちろん、お一人様のご予約も承ります。予約された日には他のゲストは受け入れません。ただし、各お部屋の仕切りは襖だけなのでプライベートなお部屋としてはお使いになれません。300坪の敷地内に建てられた住宅のため、隣家とは離れているのでご近所に気兼ねなく滞在できます。暑い時期の夜には前庭でのバーベキューや花火などに興じることも可能です。もし、星に興味をお持ちなら晴れた夜には保有する光学機器で星空もご案内いたします。日中はドローンを使って庭先の上空から周辺の山々を空中散歩することも可能です。ここは都会では決して味わうことのない静かで自然豊かな環境と岩手県の遠野と共通する南部地方特有の古い伝統文化を今も色濃く残した地域です。なお、11月から翌年3月19日までの期間は冬季休業となります。
