Fantastic location overlooking the fjord. 2 min for swimming in the Baltic Sea. The house is furnished in the style of the 90s, very clean, large and bright and perfect for 4-6 people. For bikes, there is a garage. We will be happy to come back. Particularly worthy of mention is the warm welcome with a welcome greeting.

Using the hot tube while it's cold and rainy with fireworks during new years eve is probably the best way to end the year. Our Hosts were super friendly and kind, the cottage is very cozy and we loved and enjoyed the cd music collection from the 80s to the 2000s on a solid soundsystem. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, the beach is very nice, but if you are into restaurants and siteseeing you have to go to the nearby cities of Fredericia, Vejle or Kolding, which requires to drive by car. But walking through the neighborhood has its very own charm. We will for sure come again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view, location were wonderful. Also the accommodation itself was lovely and well equipped. However, we would not describe them as luxurious, but rather slightly above average. If we had to complain a bit, it was (only) ok clean on arrival. Single dishes were dirty in the closet, for example, several cups and glasses had cracks and, for example, the bathtub was not clean. In the sauna, the number of sauna bins could be increased. We still felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable and had a great time staying there! The bedroom downstairs, which can be opened to the living room, was great, so you could expand the living space during the day. The kitchen is well equipped for large groups of people. Definitely recommended for large groups.

My husband and I spontaneously booked Karin's lovely apartment in the afternoon for a night in the same evening and couldn't have been happier! The apartment is extremely charming and has everything you could possibly need. In addition, the central location and the available parking space are absolutely unbeatable 🙏 Karin herself, although she lives in Cape Town, took care of everything very quickly and was easily accessible for us. If we come to Flensburg again we will definitely stay with Karin! 🏡

Charming house and great garden. Fitted us well on our way home from Germany to Norway, but could have stayed several days. Host was friendly and instructions precise.

We stayed at this lovely place for March and April and immediately felt at home. 🏡 Every corner is filled with rustic, tasteful decorations, cozy lighting, and plenty of electric plugs.🔌At first, learning to manage the wood-burning stove was an adventure, but it soon became a meditative and charming part of our days, especially with Charlotte’s beautiful, light-filled garden in view. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking 🍳. The house is spacious for two, with a lovely glass entrance area ideal for coffee ☕ and garden views, plus charming handmade touches like colorful knitted covers and the "Meditation Snake" 🐍. If the house is lovely, Charlotte and her sweet dog Emil are even lovelier 🦮🧍‍♀️— warm, attentive, and welcoming. Traveling daily to Sønderborg was easy, with trains every two hours 🚆 (just 15 minutes away). It was a wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful, peaceful place. It was a perfect retreat for our little family. The house is quiet, charming and very well equipped so we immediately felt at home. We especially loved the child-friendly environment and the spacious garden. Also the location, close to nature and sea, was ideal. We will come back and would highly recommend the house! You can walk to the beach, Holnis or the Geltinger Birk can be reached in a short time. Jule and Christopher are absolutely helpful. We'll be back for sure.

The contact with Solveig was completely uncomplicated. The cottage absolutely corresponded to the description. The area is fantastically beautiful.

Our stay was wonderful and this place is big enough for 8 people’s everything of your need was there. The team is very responsive and friendly. The surrounding was beautiful .

We stayed at Petra’s place for Christmas holidays and Petra was so kind that she decorated the house for us. The place is a typical Danish summerhouse and has everything you need. The area is quiet and pleasant.

We had a really good stay, and the pool makes the Danish summer weather less. A few hundred meters to good beach with several bathing bridges. You get what you see in the photos, and there's an airfryer. However, the house needs a loving hand soon. Painting outside and black grout in the bathrooms. The bathroom to the pool area is very labeled by the chlorine. If you're thinking about starting the jacuzzi, it's important to know the chlorine level because if it's too low, the pool is closed. The house has 5 double bedrooms, but we were given single sheets. There is the large Weber charcoal grill, but it was filled with ashes upon arrival. We returned it in a cleaned/empty condition. It is about 35 km to Dancenter Sønderborg where the keys are picked up/returned. There may be scheduling with a ferry to/from Funen doesn't matter.
