Homely townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not big, but lovely with the possibility of barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. My neighbors rarely make noise, even though we live close by. Relax with the whole family in this modern cottage from 2023. 300 meters from a beautiful beach. The house has an open kitchen and living area with large windows. 3 rooms with blackout curtains and insect nets. Mezzanine with 2 sleeping places. 1 toilet and 1 toilet/bath. Large well-furnished terrace and lovely enclosed garden with lawn. Electricity and water are billed separately. Electricity 4.50 DKK/kwh Water 75 DKK/M3. The tenant must bring bed linens, towels, dish towels and kitchen towels.

Idyllic house near beautiful beach

Enjoy the simple life in a beautiful and cozy wooden house in the old part of Flovt Strand, 350 meters from the east coast's best beach! The house contains a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a nice dining area in connection with an open kitchen. Outside, you are greeted by an idyllic enclosed garden with a sunny wooden terrace and outdoor fireplace. After a wonderful walk on the beach, you can sit down in front of a cozy wood-burning stove. In the lush garden is a 10 m2 orangery.

New and delicious annex in the middle of Funen nature

Annex of 50 m2 located in the forest edge on a closed road leading to the beach (not a swimming beach). Nature comes right into the apartment, and the peace is interrupted only by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex contains a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And on the large loft, there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast WiFi.

The cottage was renovated in 2020. Contains 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains a bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and the Little Belt. The lower floor contains 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access to the outside. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is a safety gate from the living room. Large southwest-facing terrace. Cool corridor to the west and north. 200 meters above Feddet to a good beach.

New fashion houses in beautiful natural surroundings

Super nice house at Kelstrup Beach - 400 meters to the water. Lovely high location overlooking fields and nature. Good beach bathing and wonderful walking and cycling in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes to the town of Haderslev with shopping and shopping. The house was built in 2016 - brand new with delicious decor as seen in the pictures.
