Large and lovely terrace where the sun can be enjoyed plus a shelter where you can sleep. The house is about 250 m from the beach. The house has a heat pump, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, washing machine and TV via Chrome cast. The house is equipped with charging stations for electric cars. We are very concerned that the house is clean, tidy and in order. Utilities are not included in the price.

In the house, there are 3 bedrooms as well as a loft, 2 bathrooms and sauna and spa. An open kitchen and large living area with large windows.

There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Sommerhuset ligger ud til en skøn naturgrund, hvor man fra stuen/terrassen ofte kan se rådyr og egern og samtidig er der under 200 m til svømmehal, indkøb og legeplads. Small, cosy house in South Jutland with an enclosed garden and 200 m to the beach. Perfect for a couple with a small dog, for example. There is 1 bedroom and an alcove, and there is also an annex in the garden, but it is not heated and can only be used in the summer. There is a charging station that can be used for a fee. There is also a covered terrace and a playhouse. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths can be rented for DKK 100 per set

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise it’s 100% yours.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
