Haeundae white sand beach, Dalmaji, and Songjeong can be reached within 10 minutes by car, and Haeundae New City Market and downtown grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk. There is a separate water purifier for guests, and there are various amenities such as Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Dyson air purifier, a Dyson hair dryer, and a Stenby M. The outdoor jacuzzi is unavailable from November to April, and the fee for the jacuzzi water supply is 50,000 won. (It will take about 2 hours to receive hot water)
