Clean, comfortable, and affordable apartment in a quiet neighborhood but also not too far from the city center, great for both short term and long term stays. Comes with a nice kitchen, work station, and free washing and drying. Hosts are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

The host, Khoa, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in process seamless and ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The room was spacious, immaculately maintained, and had all the amenities listed – everything was just as described. The view of the city was majestic from the patio. Every detail was carefully considered to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. If you're visiting Da Nang, this is absolutely the place to stay. The place was great and reasonable. Our entire stay in DaNang was pleasant. The host allowed us to leave our luggages a few hours before the check in time. My siblings and I liked the place. Our Grab driver had trouble looking for the place because the sign is not noticeable because the lamp post and trees were on the way. Nevertheless, our entire stay in Da Nang was really great! Hope we can ho back after 1 year.

The apartment is perfectly located between the beach and the river, that are both at walkable distance. The surroundings are peaceful but full of things, including restaurants, gyms, sport facilities, coffee places. The pool of the condo is lovely. The apartment has a great view, it is modern, well furnished and full of light. I can't think of anything negative, I definitely recommend this place.

The good location nearby the tourist attraction area, easy to find the place to eat and explore in Da nang. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

Ce logement est génial, il est moderne et bien agencé! Nous avons adoré y passer du temps. Comme les autres commentaires le disent, à 4h30 on entend bien l'église mais au bout de 3 nuits, on ne se reveille plus a cause de celle ci. L'hôte est adorable, gentille et très réactive !!! Elle nous a même fournis une liste complète de restaurants et lieux à visiter. L'appartement était très propre, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable, la cuisine était très bien équipée je crois même que c'était celle la mieux équipé que j'ai vu sur airbnb.

Great place to stay, location was great and close to a lot of local authentic restaurants as well as more popular touristy restaurants. Close to plenty of convenience stores, shopping stores, spa's and currency exchange jewellery stores. The host Anna was very accomodation and responsive with messaging. She recommended many great restaurants and was quick to answer any enquiries me and my friends had. The apartment was very modern with comfortable beds and furniture inside. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which made it very convenient for a large group.

Host was quick to respond to every question we had. I would stay there again.

we had a great time staying at this location. It was very comforting and cozy. We absolutely loved the lighting options that set the mood. The storage in the bedrooms was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the adorable pottery was a special touch to use! The roof was another space that was open,airy, and lovely. Hung was extremely responsive when we had issues and the neighbors were very kind. Very quite and private getaway. We will book again!

What a wonderful place. The location was perfect as we could walk to coffee shops, the Dragon Bridge and the night market. Check in was easy and the home was very secure and had everything we needed. We felt like locals in this quaint t neighborhood. Great stay!

Close to the airport, but didn’t had any problems with the noise. The house was beautiful and clean! Really enjoyed the place with my friends. Communication was also great!

was cozy and comfortable place to stay 3 family ( inc dog). Very modernized, and great location to go here and there. I was sorry that only stay 2 nights at there. If we come once again, will gonna stay here as much as longer. Even more we bring our dog at there, there wasn't any restrictions to stay with. that was most awesome part. Ah,FYI during the evening hours when many people are using water, the water pressure may temporarily decrease.

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Leuke accomodaties op een perfecte locatie. Vanne heeft ons onwijs goed geholpen. Ze reageerde heel snel, heeft een boel voor ons geregeld. We hebben een leuke tijd gehad.

Our group of 4 enjoyed our stay at Duyen's place. The location is great - right by the beach. Lots of food and massage options nearby as well. The apartment was clean, the host provided enough towels and everything else we needed even a laundry detergent. Duyen was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly.

First of all, the host is a lovely woman, who went above and beyond to make us happy. Helped us store our gear before check-in time, quickly took care of any issues. And even went above and beyond to help me find a credit card I lost, including looking at the security cameras of the building and the adjacent supermarket. So much to take for granted. I thank you with all my heart🙏 Beyond that, the location is great, there is a lot to do within walking distance, 4 convenience stores under the house, a nice pool for families and children.

Nguyen is a great host. She recommended some really lovely eateries around the area.
