An absolute gem of a place right in the heart of the city. Clean, modern, slick design. I just want to say that you can really tell the difference when the owner actually cares about their property and people who live there, as opposed to so many others in Da Nang who are just trying to milk it to the last penny. Kevin is amazing - great host, great person. The apartment has everything you need, and even a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board. I really enjoyed my stay and lowkey wish I stayed there longer. Support Kevin and his family ❤️

The location was great, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The hosts were especially helpful in arranging to ship an item I accidentally left behind. Really appreciated their support!

Love the location, walkable to places of interest. Lots of eating places and cafe around. Truc and his staff are very responsive, we have some minor issues that are resolved in a sift manner when reported to Truc. Will stay again when we are back to Danang.
