Giant driftwood posts, a hot outdoor shower, and large windows are some of the unique features you will enjoy while staying here. Modern conveniences include a ceramic cooktop, a heat pump and fast wifi, while rustic amenities include a red cedar outhouse. Across the street you will find expansive beaches and a beautiful river for beach combing, surfing and fishing.

While it is not a beachfront property, the location is unbeatable—just minutes from local stores, beaches, and some of the island’s best spots, making it a great base for exploring Haida Gwaii! It feels warm here. This open suite gives you a space large enough to sprawl out in without losing the cozy softness of the cottage by the sea. The open concept keeps you connected with only the bathroom being separate. The kitchen is minimal, but includes a mini fridge, induction hot plate, air fryer / oven, microwave and sink. The plush, dark chair will fold down to accomodate an extra guest if the bed's capacity has been reached. There is yard access which abuts the bay for weather watching.

Relax and unwind at this unique, tranquil getaway. Our tiny cabin is situated on ocean front facing Hecate Strait. We have miles of secluded beach where you can enjoy the sun rises and ocean tides. The tiny cabin has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a wood stove, heater, a double bed, kitchenette, barbecue and a fire pit. There's a separate full shared bathroom with an outdoor private shower. Plenty of space to put up a tent or we can make up a mattress on the floor for kids.
