Spacious studio in an attractive farmhouse

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the first floor of the studio, there is a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a double bed, and two single beds on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. You have your own front door, can park outside the door, and can enjoy sitting outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playing field and we have goats, rabbits and chickens. Max. 3 adults

Geniet van de natuur in deze unieke accommodatie. Het geluid van vogels, genieten van de hottub onder de sterrenhemel, de buitendouche en het picknicken in de wijngaard naast de accommodatie geeft je de rust waar je naar op zoek bent. De accommodatie bevindt zich in een mediterrane tuin met bloemenlaan, druivenpergola, wijngaard en vuurplaats. Een ware lust voor al jouw zintuigen! Ontbijt is optioneel bij te boeken voor €10 pppn (contant betalen bij aankomst). Hout voor de hottub: €15 per krat

Deze liefdevol ingerichte studio met eigen ingang is geschikt voor een verblijf voor twee. De studio is ook voor een langere termijn beschikbaar. Het gastenverblijf ligt in het groene recreatiegebied van Hoeven. Je vindt op 2 km het historische Oudenbosch en in 20 minuten sta je in het centrum van Bourgondisch Breda. Ook Antwerpen en Rotterdam bereik je binnen 45 minuten. De studio biedt naast een kingsize bed en een lekker zitje een mooie groene achtertuin waar je privé kunt vertoeven.
