Charming holiday home

The cottage is located on the unique hilly Løjt land with hills and valleys in a natural beautiful and quiet area, near forest and beach to Genner Bay and Little Belt, and in clear weather you can see to Funen. The house is part of the old Løjt Holiday Center, which means there are some extra benefits included in the price, including a swimming pool and a beach café in the summer season. We have renovated the house, so it benefits our guests. It has been newly painted, has a new heat pump, toilet and radiators, so electricity and water costs are minimized.

🏡Cottage in a great location close to nature and sea in Løjt holiday center. 🏖️Only 350 meters to the beach. 🏘️In the holiday center the following activities are included: Swimming pool🏊‍♂️, mini golf⛳️, playgrounds🛝, bouncy pillow, etc. 👩‍❤️‍👨In addition, there is a nice restaurant. ☀️The cottage has two newly renovated bedrooms with 5 beds🛏️, fully functional kitchen👩‍🍳, terrace with sun all day and great views of nature🌳, wood-burning stove🔥, heater💨 and bathroom🚽.

Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Fußläufig sind Bäcker (ca. 100 m), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und die Innenstadt von Westerland erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof Westerland sind es nur ca. 300 m - eine Anreise mit dem Auto ist daher prinzipiell nicht notwendig, aber möglich, da ein Parkplatz zur Wohnung gehört. Zum Strand sind es ca. ca. 700 m, zum Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einem umfangreichen Gastronomieangebot sind es ca. 400 Meter.

Modern apartment on a well-kept farm for a maximum of four people. The island of Föhr is ideal for the family. Beautiful sandy beaches and a colorful entertainment program complete the holiday. The popular corn maze and adventure golf are just 2 km away. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring all the villages on the island due to its location. There is plenty of space and toys to play and romp on the well-kept, overgrown grounds.

80 m² apartment with outdoor pool and infrared cabin

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures. The apartment is at one of the narrowest points of the island in Rantum. In about 5 minutes' walk you are on the sea side or on the mudflat side. The unit has its own garden area with beach chair. Pool is available from May to approx. mid-September.
