Monthly Rentals in Hallsands

Well equipped, spotless and in a beautiful location the Cottage had everything we needed for a cosy and welcoming stay. The Chris was really helpful with excellent communication even letting us know about an unexpected local road closure to ensure that we could plan accordingly.

We had a fantastic stay at Mat & Megan’s flat. Everything was clean and comfortable, communication was fast and clear, but the absolute stand out was the incredible views front and back.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Wisteria Cottage. A really peaceful location with fantastic sea and rural views across the valley towards Dartmouth. Lots of walks nearby, Start Point, South and North Hallsands and a lovely woodland walk on the property ideal if you have a dog. The Cottage was lovely and clean and had everything needed to make it a home from home including 2 log burners, one in the conservatory and one in the lounge with logs outside to fill your basket. We had an electric car and we were able to use the charger whenever we needed, it was not outside the cottage but next door around the corner, this was fine, we just let our host Kim know in advance when we needed it and there were no issues at all. The overall location was great, close to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth all within 30 minutes and 2 great farm shops nearby. The local beaches were great and lots of places to eat locally. Kim was a responsive host and we would definitely recommend.
