Lovely cottage by the sea

The cottage is located in Hou, in the second row from the water and about 100 meters from the water's edge. The water is shallow and usually without big waves, so the beach is very child-friendly, also for very young children. The house consists of a small entrance hall with washing machine, a large kitchen/living room/living room with wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace, a bathroom and three bedrooms. Large terrace to the south and west. In the south-facing garden there is a large trampoline, climbing frame with swing and slide and a small playhouse.

Enjoy the view of Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to a nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the beach promenade or use the house's bicycles 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is completely renovated and is located in a beautiful natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at the nearby campsite - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Cozy cottage of 60 m2 by Hals. Short walking distance to beach and Hals town. Bordering into free area (forest) and very close to lovely golf course. There are great hiking trails along the water. The house is sunny and has a large garden. There is a gas grill, garden furniture, bicycles, sandbox, swing stand and various toys and games available. The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Cromecast. There is fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Beautiful house that was renovated in 2023. The house is bright and has plenty of space for the whole family, but is also ideal for a romantic weekend. There are many wonderful amenities such as a wilderness bath, gas grill, garden games and activity table. The cottage has a lovely terrace as well as a lounge area. This modern house was built in 2022. 4 bedrooms, totaling 10 beds. + loft with room for 3 children. 2 bathrooms Carport with electric car charger Free use of bicycles Short walk to the beach, mini golf, restaurants and playground. A large shared football field just 100 meters from the cabin. Put & Take fishing lake is 800 meters from the cabin. Sauna Short way to Aalborg for shopping, zoo or a day in Fårup Sommerland. Animals and parties are not allowed!
