Stay close to the beach in the romantic fishing village of Kikhavn. The courtyard "Annex" is located in one of the city's old farms. The beach can be seen from the house and is only a short walk down the road. Lynæs harbour is a fantastic bathing spot for year-round swimming, with surfing equipment rental, a private sauna, wonderful restaurants and ice cream. The house is gently renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

Stay on a farm close to the water

The farm is just under 100 meters from the water, and there are only 500 meters to the stairs down to the beach. It is a separate apartment with its own entrance. The apartment is nice and spacious at 100 m² and consists of a kitchen/living room, two large bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a small private courtyard, and in addition, there is access to a large park-like garden with old fruit trees. In the yard, there is also a glassblowing workshop, and you are always very welcome to see the fine things that are made here.

On the lovely Halsnæs close to Lynæs , this unique home is rented out in the middle of a flower garden. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
