Cozy year-round insulated wooden summer house from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside covered wooden terrace and tile terrace in the open air. At the back of the plot playhouse and sand pile for the children. There is wireless internet (fiber network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house yourself upon departure, as well as that electricity consumption is paid separately.

Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the cottage and 10 minutes away is restaurant Tinggården. The area is characterised by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance.

The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house has two large wooden terraces facing south and west respectively. In the garden there is a fireplace, sandpit, playhouse, swings and trampoline. Along the coast there is ample opportunity for fishing and surfing.
