Cozy year-round insulated wooden summer house from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside covered wooden terrace and tile terrace in the open air. At the back of the plot playhouse and sand pile for the children. There is wireless internet (fiber network). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house yourself upon departure, as well as that electricity consumption is paid separately.

The garden has more or less become a forest with paths that are regularly beaten. The house can be heated with fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump and there is both a washing machine and dishwasher. Arresø is a 5-minute walk from the summerhouse and 10 minutes away is Tinggården. The area is characterized by nature and summer houses. Lovely beaches within cycling distance.

The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.
