Our house, which consists of 2 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen, is a stone villa with a front porch and a back seating area. Detached parking is available. It has a 200m2 garden on three sides of the house. 300m. from the E-5 highway. There is a mini bond. The house is heated with a heat pump. Air conditioning is available. It is close to the factories location. All kitchen and bathroom supplies are available.

Our house is 1+1 with a separate entrance. Air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, Nescafe machine, pots and pans, etc. are available. It's 300 meters from the sea, the pool and the beach. It is 50 meters away from corporate stores such as Bim, Migros, A101, Tedi. Bus, minibus and taxi stand right in front of the house.
