We are very fortunate to live in Whyke Cottage. It is not only old (a part dates back to the 1600’s), with an old Sussex barn in its unusually large garden, it also backs onto a fishing lake. Despite this it is just a short walk into the city centre, as well as being close to Goodwood. For Festival of Speed & Revival guests we give an extra special service, which includes offering a variety of breakfasts from around the world, & more. We also happily give lifts to the G’wood Bus each morning.

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.

Single room/breakfast in Abacus B&B, guest kitchen

The bedroom has a mini fridge (with fresh milk), a desk, chair, tea and coffee making facilities and free WIFI. There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen for the shared use of all guests where a Continental buffet breakfast is available. The shower rooms/toilets are also shared. We have a 5 star award for cleanliness. Although close to M3 motorway, Abacus is in a quiet location fronted by heathland, with woodland to the rear and a private car park.
