There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.
