Annex was lovely and clean with clear instructions for everything. Handily located for Oxted itself. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Dean is a wonderful host. His attention to detail and thoughtful touches are so welcoming. We truly appreciated having some breakfast basics to get us going. Bed was very comfortable and there was nothing lacking. Dean is an excellent communicator - very responsive and proactive. This was a great location for us since we planned to visit several places south of London but it also has easy access to London by train. We had a lovely stay. Many thanks Dean!
