This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Hallontorpet

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Viggen Red nice cottage of 40 sqm with 6 beds. Viggen has 3 bedrooms with TV beds in each room (bunk beds). Living room with TV. Kitchen with hot and cold water, stove, oven, fridge and freezer compartment. Patio with barbecue grill. Shower and toilet 10 m from the cottage in the service house. Located at Edesnäs farm. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Recharge your soul with a wood-fired sauna and a cosy moment in front of the wood-burning stove. Close to the beach, ideal for winter sports. Several restaurants, patio with barbecue Towels and sheets are provided on site Access to crockery and bicycles 3 adults, double bed and sofa bed. Coffee/tea and spices are included. There is a hammock and a cooler bag with ice packs Dogs on a lead are allowed, as well as cats. Please let us know how many guests are coming when you book.

Cosy little cottage of a simpler standard with a lake view – only about 100 metres to a small-boat jetty with swimming opportunities in Lake Orlången. The cottage has two outdoor patios and free parking for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers an unbeatable tranquility with birdsong, bathing lakes and nature reserves around the corner. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during the daytime Monday-Friday (07:00-16:00)

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lillgården, Rural idyll with the primeval forest right around the corner

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
