Pitkälle ulottuva matala hiekkaranta soveltuu hyvin myös perheen pienemmille. Tontin suunta takaa upeat auringon nousut- ja laskut joista voit nauttia isolla 60 m2 ulkoterassilla. Villa Albatross sijaitsee merellisessä ympäristössä kartanomiljöössä Nordcenterin golfkeskuksessa. Talo sijaitsee golfkentällä ja sieltä on upea näköala golfkentälle ja merelle. Golfkeskuksen palvelut ja ravintola ovat aivan vieressä. Lähistöllä sijaitsee myös Fiskarsin ja Billnäsin ruukkikylät. Huvila soveltuu perheen tai pienen ryhmän käyttöön. Talossa on kolme tilavaa makuuhuonetta joissa majoittuu mukavasti kuusi henkeä. Juuri valmistuneessa pihatalossa on lisäksi mukavat sängyt kahdelle.

Mökin ympärillä olevissa metsissä voi retkeillä, sienestää ja marjastaa, ja kilometrin etäisyydellä on luonnonkaunis Gölenin järvi. Mökki sijaitsee lähellä Billnäsin ruukkia, ja myös Fiskarsin ruukkikylä ravintoloineen ja putiikkeineen on pyöräilyetäisyydellä. Puulämmitteinen perinnesauna, joka on vapaasti vuokraajien käytössä, tarjoaa syvät ja kosteat löylyt.

A beautiful villa built in 1908 surrounded by a lush garden and south-facing sun terrace. The house has been recently renovated while preserving the old spirit. The 134m2 villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The area is peaceful and surrounded by a forest, but the center is only about a kilometer away. Several grocery stores are walking distance away. By bike you can get to Bellevue Beach in just 5min. In the garden there is a barbeque which guests can freely enjoy.

There is space for max 6 persons (bedroom, sofa bed and loft) in this with all amenities (toilet, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet, ventilation unit etc) furnished cottage. There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters

Renovated to an ecohouse in 2020 with traditional methods🧡 The house used to be a local shop, later renovated to a home. An open space living room & kitchen downstairs with a cozy fireplace. Three bedrooms upstairs, with 7 sleeping places + extra beds possible, so room for even a bigger band :-)
