Seido-kan 305/Private room with private bath and toilet, quiet and free to come and go

* It is over 35 years old, so it is "old" and "not beautiful". It is not suitable for those who like cleanliness... Because it is an outdoor passage... it is independent and you rarely meet people. It's also good for long-term stays! * However, the same room will be available for up to a month (it is possible to change rooms) * There are multiple apartments at the same address, so it's not an alley, but a wide street corner Please come to Seido-Kan! I will give you the keys there. Even though it's in the city... it's so quiet... There is also a kendo dojo. Kendo experience is also available (2 hours, 1 person @ 8,000 yen, 2 people @ 11,000 yen) Convenient for Ueno, Asakusa, and Tokyo Skytree. A little further away, you can also get to Ginza, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya...

Nostalgic space ~ It feels like I've come to my grandmother's house

2 minutes across the bridge to Ontake Station. Time travel to the Showa era. Recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time. Close to the entrance of the Mitake Valley, you can feel the seasons while walking on the promenade and come into contact with water and greenery. We hope you can reset yourself while spending time here and feel like you can do your best tomorrow. Please come in shoes that are easy to walk in. The room has a sliding storm door. Closing the storm shutters will make the street lights less bright, so we recommend closing the storm shutters when you are resting. The closing method is the type that slides from the side. Feel free to message me if you need anything. I will ask and let you know as much as I can.

Richard Flavin's "Washi House", Saitama Pref.

Welcome to Richard Flavin's Washi House! Richard Flavin (1943–2020) was a Japanese paper artist originally from the US. He studied design in Boston and came to Japan in 1970. He later studied woodblock printing and developed a deep interest in the production of washi. He also cultivated the raw material for washi paper, paper mulberry. We invite those interested in washi paper and art to stay overnight and enjoy this space, reminiscent of a washi paper museum, including these unfinished areas.
