Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Charmes du Velupont wellness house

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

Other holiday home

This unique holiday home is located on the outskirts of Ermeton-sur-Biert next to a wooded area. Due to the openness of the home, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the fields in peace. This is the perfect place for a quiet as well as an active vacation or weekend getaway. The home is rented in 3 formulas: midweek (Mon 4pm to Fri 1pm) weekend (Fri 4pm to Sun 1pm) week (midweek+weekend)

You are staying in a new apartment on the first floor of our house. The front door (little used by us) and the hall are communal. The apartment has two bedrooms each with one double bed (160cm), a living space with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower in bath and separate toilet. A baby bed, high baby chair, 1 trip stair chair and a changing table are available.
