It has a beautifully landscaped garden that covers over 300 square metres and invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more. It is available for your exclusive use. The promenade is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There you will find numerous bars and restaurants right by the sea. Boat and bike rentals can also be found there

The village of Ehlershausen belongs to the city of Burgdorf. The state capital of Hanover is about 25 km away and the beautiful old town in Celle 20 km. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. The apartment has two rooms with kitchen, bathroom, storage room and a large terrace. The rooms are stylishly decorated. I have been living in this apartment and this neighborhood since 2021 and am a huge fan.

The tiny house is located in our spacious garden, which is also used by us. In our garden you can enjoy the barrel sauna, the fireplace or your own beach by the lake with sun loungers. The circular path around the lake and the surrounding field and forest paths invite you to walk and jog.
