Small vacation home in Sanz Hof Drei

Welcome to our little holiday home! At around 18 square metres, it offers space for 1–2 people. We live in Sanz Hof III – a village with around 25 inhabitants, located in the middle of the fields. It is very quiet here and there is little car traffic. This place is therefore ideal for a break, for writing or for artistic work. Greifswald is 20 km away, and the Baltic Sea beach in Lubmin is 25 km away. We welcome guests who appreciate peace and quiet and the natural surroundings!

In the heart of Greifswald's city center, 2 minutes to the large market square is our elegant large apartment with sleeping area, double bed that is very cozy and invites you to linger. The apartment is furnished in white with views over the rooftops of Greifswald and a special view of the cathedral. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bathtub and toilet and one bathroom with shower and toilet, a balcony completes the evening with a bottle of wine

Spacious house on the edge of the village.

The house on the outskirts of the village is wonderfully quiet on the edge of the district of Diedrichshagen, surrounded by wide fields, forest and nature. The beaches of Usedom, Lubmin and also Rügen are easily accessible by car. Enjoy the expanse of nature, social gatherings in the spacious house and on the property or the cultural offerings of the nearby town of Greifswald. The half of the house offers 120 m² of living space on two complete floors.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Quietly located apartment at the gates of Usedom Island. Surrounded by forests and meadows, a small retreat awaits you here to relax and feel good. The apartment has a bedroom, living room and bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a detached house in rural Lühmannsdorf, MV. The island of Usedom can be reached by the Usedomer Bäder train or is only 20 minutes by car. Small dogs allowed on request.

Vacation in the manor house - between heaven and the Bodden

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

Charming 90 sqm old building apartment centrally located in the theater district. Within walking distance of the old town, the university medical center, the hospital, the university institutes, the museum and marina and the market. Bakery, health food store and supermarket directly on the opposite side of the street. Vattenfall fast charging station for electric cars in the parking lot opposite.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Welcome to our charming basement apartment in the historic manor house with associated park near the island of Usedom. The cozy apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the view of the orchard while relaxing in the sunny south side of the house. The flat is fully equipped, with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out sofa bed.

Barn 27 Krebsow

Under the beams of the old listed stone barn in Krebsow, guests are cordially invited to linger: whether cooking together in the detached kitchen or on the large sofas in front of the fireplace. In the barn there is a small village shop with café, an open studio and an event hall. Depending on the program, there are movies, concerts, exhibitions or other events.

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.
