We were looking for a place to escape for NYE as we wanted somewhere in the country and quiet! Elaine’s annex was excellent, clean, and as described! Would recommend 😊

Great stay at Eilish’s cottage. The accommodation was as described and was clean and tidy ready for us. The off road parking was a real benefit. Lovely location which was walkable to both the village and Hickling Broad, which is a stunning location. There is lots do so within a 20-minute drive with some beautiful broads locations that are worth visiting. We will be going back again.

Kates place is a beautiful little cottage, Kate gave clear instructions on where this was. check in and check out was smooth, although you are right next door to Kate you are left in peace. The breakfast basket is a beautiful and very helpful touch, even spare shampoo and body wash in bathrooms! leaflets for local attractions and days out, takeaway menus also- very helpful! The cottage is hygienic, all bedding and main areas were clean, some slight dust on skirting boards and cobwebs around (but I am a cleaner and probably pay far too much attention- even on holiday 🤦‍♀️) beds and sofas are super comfortable! peaceful and overall a beautiful place to stay! Will definitely use again when visiting in the future 😀

Very nice caravan in a quiet area and private location. We didn't use the site store but there is a large Tesco in the next town which is a 10-15 minute drive. There was everything we needed in the caravan for cooking, the only issue for us was the low pressure for the hot water. The beach is about 10 minutes walk along the path which runs through the campsite and into the village. We had a nice short break in the caravan which was good value for the price.
