The area is peaceful and has good opportunities for outdoor activities. Two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Toilet/bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is a place for the car in the carport. No electric car charging. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an apartment building, with an elevator. 4.5 km to Old Rauma and the city center.

From the intersection of the house, access directly to the illuminated slope/ski slope. Also, the municipal stairs are nearby.

This 1950s detached house called the ugly duckling is growing into an adult and has already been completely renovated on the inside. A mix of new, old and borrowed, some of the furniture has been with the house from the beginning. Come and enjoy our constantly evolving duckling, don't let the rugged exterior fool you.
