We stayed with 3 adults and two toddlers and the space was completely sufficient. There was also enough board game material available on rainy days and the children still got a lot of painting utensils from Marieke. The kids were very happy about that. Outside in the garden it was very idyllic and in the summer it was certainly nice to sit outside by the pond comfortably in the evening. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. we lacked nothing. The communication with Marieke was great. She was always very accessible and proactively suggested activities. All around a very successful week :) Thank you very much for that.

Our stay was really super everything was as described. We were welcomed super warmly and said goodbye. It was really a great weekend again and again.

We stayed with 3 adults for 3 nights in the beautiful bungalow and had booked the wellness package with sauna and hot tub at an additional cost, which we did not regret. :-) The location of the bungalow right on the edge of the forest was just perfect, beautifully quiet and in the middle of nature. Messages and questions were answered quickly and helped directly. We had to do in advance that there is not much to see in the vicinity and therefore had packed our bikes, otherwise you can reach everything else in just under 10 minutes by car. For families with children, the Capfun campsite with swimming pool, large sandy beach, indoor playground and much more is right next door.

The dune house is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing time on Ameland. Located directly on the dunes, you can experience the nature of the island in all its facets. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Geertje is a great host and communication with her was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend a stay dune house!

The location on the lake is very nice. The property is a little dark at the jetty, but from noon the sun is there. The kitchen is big. The beds were comfortable.

The house was very nice, the many seats outside were especially great. It was all comfortable and nicely decorated. The surroundings were fantastic and quiet. Too bad there was no water in the pool. It was a nice time to relax. Thank you. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Last weekend I had an unforgettable stay with friends in a beautiful house surrounded by nature. The house was spacious and comfortable, ideal for our group. The area offered plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure, with beautiful walks and a visit to a charming village. It was a perfect weekend to enjoy and recharge together, and we look forward to coming back again.

Lovely little cottage right on the water. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the water but also with a small pool that our children delighted in. A fun canoe and boat to take a tour around the surrounding waters. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days with children.

This was the sweetest and most charming Airbnb mountain we've ever had. There was so much personality, so much spirit of Kitty and Erik in every room, every item we loved. Obviously flea market goers with an eye for what's special - just like we are! Everything very clean, with even everything on site to make yourself a plentiful first breakfast and more. The stairs up are very steep, but well secured, and our 70-year-old joints were also quick to get out. We really enjoyed these days and it was like coming home every time. Thanks for everything! We had a lovely stay in this clean and cozy house. The beds are lovely and there is beautiful art. My friend (friend writes text) asked me to marry at the lighthouse during our stay, that of course makes this stay extra special! Recommended! Also super close to bakery, bus and dunes :)

Karolien was very friendly.She personal received us.Karolien’s place was very neat and clean.The house was decorated very cutely.The kitchen has everything you need.The place has a beautiful garden that our toddler enjoyed.There are toys and board games and colouring etc which was very thoughtful.Giethoorn was a half hour drive from here.We also explored the town.Overall we enjoyed our stay here😄.

Patriza's accommodation is quite suitable for 6 people. It is very spacious in the living area, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was available via microwave, oven, kettle...etc. Outside, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the water, its own jetty is another highlight. We had a lovely time with the family at this well-kept place. Everything was fine!!

We stayed a few days during the Christmas holiday in this beautiful cottage. We so much enjoyed this romantic characteristic Eilander cottage ❤️ We found the bedstee so cozy and the decor is very cozy. We felt completely at home and were very sorry to leave. The contact with Alida was also very pleasant! If you are looking for a cottage to slow down, sleep in a bed, play games at the nice dining table and sink into the soft cuddle bench, then we can definitely recommend this cottage! In addition, Schiermonnikoog is a great place and the cottage is fantastically located in the village 👌🏻✨

This was my first time booking through Airbnb – and it really exceeded my expectations! Vonny is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who is always available for questions or support. The apartment is more spacious than in the photos and very stylish and tastefully decorated – cozy and with a lot of love for detail. The bed is super comfy, I slept great. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices for cooking – perfect for those who like to cook for themselves. The residential complex is quiet and offers a beautiful environment – ideal for relaxing. I was completely satisfied with the stay and would love to come back. I highly recommend staying with Vonny!

Nice and spacious vacation home in a convenient place, everything well arranged. Nice atmosphere in the cottage and Lauwersoog and nature reserves nearby. Recommended!

This quirky cottage is very well equipped, full of character and set in a beautiful and tranquil location. The local town of Oldberg offers a supermarket, bakery and chemist shop plus a couple of café/restaurants and the cottage is close enough to the major routes so as to offer easy access to larger settlements such as Zwolle and Heerenveen. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the property to those seeking a bit of peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings.

A beautiful place for a family break when visiting Bays. Well located cottage to go to the Wadden Islands (Ameland) and a very good restaurant on the coast nearby (zwarte Haan)!

Pauline is a lovely host and very welcoming. The backyard and the plants were the highlight for us. The place is very homely and well maintained.

beautiful historic house in the heart of downtown, finely and tastefully furnished, everything as described, excellent cleanliness and excellent check-in experience. The surroundings are very tidy and quiet, a true oasis of tranquility. Excellent communication with the host, really recommended

The country house is just outside, which makes it all the more cozy. Amenities are good. The only real "disadvantage" I found the pigeons of the immediate neighboring property. If you don't mind the sounds, it's really perfect.

We had a very relaxing stay with six plus dog. The location of the house is very quiet and really beautiful - several times we were lucky enough to admire an enchanting sunset over the lake. Within walking distance, we were several times at the small harbor and were able to relax there. Several small villages are easily accessible by bike, by car we were in various places of the IJsselmeer and in Sneek - all super cute! The house itself is spacious and optimally divided with a ground floor bedroom with its own bathroom but separate toilet that can be used by everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, although we would have liked a regular coffee machine in addition. The combination oven/microwave is super convenient. Big compliment too😉: Finally an apartment with enough hangers!

We had wonderful days! A very comfortable cottage that was not lacking, in a very quiet area, in the middle of the meadow. A short distance from Leeuwarden. Very friendly owners. Highly recommended!
