Equipped with a pellet stove (open fireplace), large terrace, jetty and small swimming pool (May–Sept). Right on open water and connected to the IJsselmeer – an ideal fishing spot from the jetty; fishing from a boat is also possible. Free use of the red boat with an electric motor, a canoe (3-person) and a surfboard. - Use of the swimming pool and boats is at your own risk. High chair and stair gate (downstairs) provided at your own risk.

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and smoke-free bed & breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is plenty of parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible by public transportation (5 minutes' walk). There is also a sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer within a 5-minute walk.

Gasten van het recreatiepark kunnen gebruik maken het zwembad, de grote speeltuin of een tennisbaan reserveren. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.
