The house is directly adjacent to the forest where there is a rock labyrinth and the possibility of climbing the rocks. The surroundings of the house are very quiet, the neighbors are in sight but not nearby. In the surroundings you will find everything for your rest but also a number of sports activities, cycling, fishing, canoeing, hiking and more. In the winter season the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. In the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are two apartments for rent in the house, each with a separate entrance.

In summer the local attractions include stunning panoramic views, hiking and biking trails, castles and lakes with beaches and swimming facilities.

The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.

The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
