Ideal for relaxation or as a starting point for sports activities and trips to the surrounding area. In addition, it offers excellent transport accessibility. The apartment is part of a family house with a large garden. Suitable especially for families with children. Located in a quieter part of the village, it is about 300m to the center. The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence. Don't have your own cottage? No problem, we will be happy to welcome you to ours in Hrabětice in the Jizera Mountains. Unfortunately, more than 8 of you will not fit in, but even that is a decent number, for example, for two families with children or a group of friends. You will find the cottage near the Severák ski resort and at the starting point of the Jizera Magistrale. You will have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious and equipped kitchen, a living room, a children's corner, a ski room and a large garden with private parking.

Modřínek - a place where you can relax in contact with animals. Enjoy our unique Farmping - a combination of comfort, nature and farm life. You will meet the sheep Bár, Růža and Dala. There is also llama-trekking, where you can walk through the local nature together with the llamas Bambuláček, Freya or Oliver - ideal fun for the whole family. After a day in nature, relaxation awaits you - a sauna by the river and a hot tub are included in the price of the stay, without extra charges. In summer, you can cool off in the river.

The apartment is located in a completely renovated half-timbered cottage from 1870, the oldest in Horní Tanvald. Horní Tanvald is a quiet settlement at the southern foot of Tanvaldský Špičák, a five-minute drive from the slopes in Albrechtice. There is excellent access to the cottage all year round. Immediately from the cottage, it is possible to organize trips to the nearby and distant surroundings of the Jizera Mountains and the Černostudnice ridge. The train and bus to Prague are a quarter of an hour's walk.

Nádherné místo na hranici Krkonošského národního parku s úžasným výhledem do údolí. Jedná se o byt v nově zrekonstruovaném horském penzionu s parkováním. Skvělá celoroční lokalita. V zimě lyžování pro zkušené, tak i pro začátečníky a děti. V bezprostředním okolí je řada turistických stezek vhodných jak pro méně náročné procházky, tak pro celodenní výpravy do hor. Město Rokytnice nabízí kvalitní restaurace, supermarket, půjčovny lyží, kol i elektrokol. Sauna a restaurace v domě jsou mimo provoz.

Apartment in a 1907 cottage preserved in its original style🙂 Sandstone wall, fireplace tiles add atmosphere to the whole space 🙂 Firewood will be ready for you, then it's up to you 😉 The entire space around the house and garden is available 🙂 You don't share the property with anyone else (we always rent only part of the house so that the guest is alone on the property), we just point out that the host's house is in the neighborhood, but we are nice people 🙂

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
